From Buyer at The North Face to Team Lead at Blue Cross

When Alana and I first met, she was working in her dream career – a buyer at The North Face. She was on the path she had gone to college for and spent the early years of her career building towards.

But she was Burnt Out. She was struggling with a high workload and toxic environment. More than that, she wasn’t sure she enjoyed buying or working in retail anymore.

Alana really needed a break. She needed to recharge and give herself space to figure out what she wanted to do next.

Through coaching, Alana built the conviction to take a sabbatical, stepping back from work for a year. She realized that she loved working with and developing people. After her sabbatical, she found a new role leading large teams, first at Amazon and now at Blue Cross.

Alana and I got crystal clear on her priorities, created a vision of her future, most authentic self and broke through limiting beliefs.
