From Exhausted to Rejuvenated

Julie had been promoted recently (a high) but was utterly exhausted (a low). Her company was going through major turmoil (more low), and she was preparing to find a new role. 

 Julie knew she couldn't move to a new company feeling as depleted as she was, so decided to take action by joining my group program. 

In her words:

“Before the program, work was consuming my lifeI didn't make time for exercise or connection. Small tasks felt overwhelming. 

I didn't know how to set boundaries, and when I did, I was guilty of ignoring them time and time again.

I felt exhausted, stressed, overwhelmed and anxious.

I had tried books, articles and podcasts, but I needed to put in the work to change my bad habits instead of just reading about them. 

I decided to work with Cydnee in her group program because I needed a more personalized, structured approach, and people to celebrate with and hold me accountable.

After finishing the program, I: 

  • Have established routines + habits that keep me from working late

  • Reconnected with friends + family multiple times

  • Am more present in my non-working hours, and

  • Even find myself excited on Mon / Tues because there's "so much week ahead" vs. living solely for the weekend

I feel rejuvenated, lighter, present and more confident

I want women considering CalmOS to know that so much of why you are where you are today is not your fault.
